General Policy<br>Educity designs and delivers limited-seat, curated educational programs that involve advance planning, resource allocation, and instructor commitments.<br>Accordingly,&nbsp;<strong>all payments made to Educity are non-refundable<\/strong>, except in cases expressly stated in this policy.<br>By completing a registration and making payment, the participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. No Refund Policy (Participant-Initiated)<br>2.1&nbsp;<strong>No Cash Refunds<\/strong><br>All payments are&nbsp;<strong>final and non-refundable<\/strong>&nbsp;once processed. This includes, but is not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Inability to attend due to personal reasons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scheduling conflicts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Travel or visa issues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Partial attendance or non-attendance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Change of mind after registration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>2.2&nbsp;<strong>No Refund After Program Start<\/strong><br>No refunds will be issued once a program, workshop, or session has commenced, irrespective of attendance or completion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Transfer &amp; Credit (Discretionary)<br>While cash refunds are not provided, Educity may,&nbsp;<strong>at its sole discretion<\/strong>, offer one of the following alternatives:<br>Transfer to a&nbsp;<strong>future batch of the same or similar program<\/strong>, or<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Issuance of a\u00a0<strong>program credit<\/strong>\u00a0valid for up to\u00a0<strong>12 months<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Key conditions:<br>Transfer or credit is&nbsp;<strong>not guaranteed<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Requests must be submitted\u00a0<strong>at least 4 business days<\/strong>\u00a0before the program start date<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Administrative fees or price differences may apply<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Credits are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Educity reserves the right to approve or deny such requests based on operational feasibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Educity-Initiated Cancellation or Rescheduling<br>4.1&nbsp;<strong>Cancellation by Educity<\/strong><br>If Educity cancels a program due to operational, logistical, or unforeseen reasons, participants will be offered&nbsp;<strong>one of the following options<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Full refund, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transfer to a future batch, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Program credit of equivalent value<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>4.2&nbsp;<strong>Rescheduling<\/strong><br>If a program is rescheduled, the participant may:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Attend on the revised date, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Request a transfer to a future batch or credit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Refunds will only apply if Educity cancels the program entirely and no alternative is accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Online Content &amp; Digital Access<br>For programs that include access to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Recorded sessions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Learning portals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Digital materials<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Community groups<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>No refunds will be provided&nbsp;<strong>once access has been granted<\/strong>, regardless of usage or completion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Force Majeure<br>Educity shall not be held liable for delays, modifications, or cancellations arising from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Natural disasters<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Government restrictions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pandemics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acts of God<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Public safety concerns<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In such cases, Educity will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative dates, formats, or credits. Cash refunds are not guaranteed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. Chargebacks &amp; Payment Disputes<br>Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Educity for resolution constitutes a breach of this policy.<br>Educity reserves the right to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Contest such chargebacks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suspend access to programs or materials<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recover associated administrative or legal costs where applicable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>8. Jurisdiction &amp; Governing Law<br>For programs conducted in the&nbsp;<strong>United Arab Emirates<\/strong>, this policy shall be governed by the laws of the&nbsp;<strong>UAE<\/strong>, with jurisdiction in&nbsp;<strong>Dubai<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For programs conducted in\u00a0<strong>India<\/strong>, this policy shall be governed by the laws of\u00a0<strong>India<\/strong>, with jurisdiction in\u00a0<strong>Delhi<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>9. Policy Updates<br>Educity reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.<br>The version published on the Educity website at the time of payment shall apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10.
