Refund Policy

Educity – Refund, Cancellation & Transfer Policy
Effective Date: 1 Jan 2026
Applies To: All Educity programs, workshops, bootcamps, events, and training sessions conducted online or offline, in IndiaUnited Arab Emirates (UAE), or any other location announced by Educity.

1. General Policy
Educity designs and delivers limited-seat, curated educational programs that involve advance planning, resource allocation, and instructor commitments.
Accordingly, all payments made to Educity are non-refundable, except in cases expressly stated in this policy.
By completing a registration and making payment, the participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

2. No Refund Policy (Participant-Initiated)
2.1 No Cash Refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable once processed. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Inability to attend due to personal reasons
  • Scheduling conflicts
  • Travel or visa issues
  • Partial attendance or non-attendance
  • Change of mind after registration

2.2 No Refund After Program Start
No refunds will be issued once a program, workshop, or session has commenced, irrespective of attendance or completion.

3. Transfer & Credit (Discretionary)
While cash refunds are not provided, Educity may, at its sole discretion, offer one of the following alternatives:
Transfer to a future batch of the same or similar program, or

  • Issuance of a program credit valid for up to 12 months

Key conditions:
Transfer or credit is not guaranteed

  • Requests must be submitted at least 4 business days before the program start date
  • Administrative fees or price differences may apply
  • Credits are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash

Educity reserves the right to approve or deny such requests based on operational feasibility.

4. Educity-Initiated Cancellation or Rescheduling
4.1 Cancellation by Educity
If Educity cancels a program due to operational, logistical, or unforeseen reasons, participants will be offered one of the following options:

  • Full refund, or
  • Transfer to a future batch, or
  • Program credit of equivalent value

4.2 Rescheduling
If a program is rescheduled, the participant may:

  • Attend on the revised date, or
  • Request a transfer to a future batch or credit

Refunds will only apply if Educity cancels the program entirely and no alternative is accepted.

5. Online Content & Digital Access
For programs that include access to:

  • Recorded sessions
  • Learning portals
  • Digital materials
  • Community groups

No refunds will be provided once access has been granted, regardless of usage or completion.

6. Force Majeure
Educity shall not be held liable for delays, modifications, or cancellations arising from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Pandemics
  • Acts of God
  • Public safety concerns

In such cases, Educity will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative dates, formats, or credits. Cash refunds are not guaranteed.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Educity for resolution constitutes a breach of this policy.
Educity reserves the right to:

  • Contest such chargebacks
  • Suspend access to programs or materials
  • Recover associated administrative or legal costs where applicable

8. Jurisdiction & Governing Law
For programs conducted in the United Arab Emirates, this policy shall be governed by the laws of the UAE, with jurisdiction in Dubai.

  • For programs conducted in India, this policy shall be governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Delhi.

9. Policy Updates
Educity reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
The version published on the Educity website at the time of payment shall apply.
